Check-In at least 15 minutes prior to start of your event EACH DAY — located at the Tent by the Pickleball Parking Lot. Note: Start times are subject to change. Be sure to check for updated start times each morning of the tournament.

Monday — Men/Women Singles & Blind Draw
7:45 am Check-in begins
8:00 am Singles Events will begin
10:00 am Blind Draw events will begin
Late Afternoon: Kick-off Celebration with Pizza and the music of Crossroads!

Players Review Your Events:
Go to PickleballTournaments.Com SCF 11th Annual In-House Tournament. The Events/Brackets button will identify which players will be playing in each bracket. Brackets will be made available online the day of your event.
Blind draw players: Names will be drawn after registration closes and the pairings will be posted on Monday morning at Wagner. FUN FUN Blind Date!
Format Styles: Double elimination bracket (top side of bracket plays best 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2. Consolation side of the bracket plays one game to 15 win by 2) OR Round robin where various formats could be used (Best 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2 OR 1 game to 15 win by 1).
Bracket Changes: Changes to the bracket are allowed up to 10 AM on the day prior to the event by contacting one of the Tournament Directors or via the Events Desk.
Available for Players: Bananas, Oranges & Water provided at the Snack/Raffle Table.
- Each Player and Volunteer will receive one raffle ticket

Raffle Table Many, Many GREAT Items over the 4 days. Raffle Tickets are 1 for $1 or 8 for $5. Earn one free raffle ticket for each day you play, volunteer, referee or line judge! Plan to stay to the end of EACH day as large raffle prizes will be presented after each Medal Presentation! Lots of Great Prizes All Day Long! This year we will also be doing a 50/50 cash draw, so bring your cash!!!
Raffle Items: We still need donated items for the Raffle! All donations can be given to this years appointed Raffle Coordinator.
