SCF Pickleball Club – Executive Board Elections

The Pickleball Club Board has 4 Directors who will complete their term of office on December 31, 2024. They are:

• Diana Ballato
• Chris Prellwitz
• Mark Swygert
• Trevor Thorne

Special thanks to these hard-working individuals who have substantially contributed to the Club during their term of office. 

The Election Process: In January 2022, the Club’s by-laws were changed to expand the Board. The Executive Board is now composed of 7 Directors.  The Officers are President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Director of Rotations & Coordinators, Director of Events & Tournaments, and Director of Player Development.   Any Executive Board member who is not an officer is designated as a “Director at Large”. 
Elections will be held in November 2024 to elect 4 Directors. Once those Directors are elected, all continuing and new Board Directors will meet and determine which role each individual will have in the governance of the Club. 

It’s time to start thinking about what you can do for the Club! Perhaps one of these positions is just right for you.  If you have questions, need more information, or want to nominate yourself or someone else, speak with one of the directors or email the Board at [email protected].  Nominations should include a short bio and a recent photo.  If you are interested in a particular role, please mention it when you submit your nomination.  If you submit a nomination for someone else, be sure they are aware and agreeable to running for office.   

Nominations will be accepted through October 31st. Candidates will be announced November 2nd. Electronic voting will take place November 4th - 7th.
