- Marking up the courts with chalk is prohibited.
Event Registration
- Events are defined as rotations, skills & drills, clinics, ladders and any other club-sponsored activity.
- Events open for registration at 7:15 pm every night for events occurring on the same day the following week. Example: If a rotation takes place on Monday, June 7th, members can register for next Monday's event (June 14th) at 7:15 pm on June 7th.
- All events have a consistent open time (7:15 pm)
- Events close for registration or withdrawals twelve hours prior to the event. If you need to withdraw from an event within the twelve-hour timeframe, email, call or text the event coordinator to inform them. Event coordinator's contact information is available in the event description.
- Members may participate in one event per day (Exception: when a rotation and a Skills & Drills session for the same skill level fall on the same day, members may participate in both).
- CourtReserve is configured so that you can join the waitlist for a rotation. However, if you successfully register for one event and then jump on the waitlist for another event on the same day, you will not move from the waitlist because you are already registered for an event. Exception is made for Skills & Drills as noted above.
- Rotations are not the only opportunities you have to play pickleball. For example, you can participate in Open Play, reserve a court (for up to 2 hours per day) and attend one rotation or event every day.
Skill Level Changes
- Members who are self-rated are responsible for the accuracy of their rating. Members can change their rating once every three (3) months. Review the skill level requirements prior to making a change to ensure you meet the criteria of that skill level. Skill level requirements can be found here.
- The Board runs a monthly audit report for Frequent Skill Level Changes. Members with 3+ changes will receive a warning email requesting they select the most appropriate skill level and remain at that skill level until they are ready to permanently move to the next higher (or in some cases, lower) skill level.
- Members who change their skill level at any time during the three (3) months following the warning email will be issued a letter suspending their membership. The suspension will prohibit them from participating in all club events and activities for a period of three (3) months.
- Per the Club bylaws, “members shall abide by club rules, policies, and procedures as may be established by the Executive Board from time to time.”

- Courts may be reserved for a total of 120 minutes per day in 60-minute increments.
