We are excited that you have decided to play this year and these instructions are here to make it as easy as possible for you to sign up.

Registration Opens: February 1st, 2018  --  Registration Closes: March 8th, 2018 (at midnight)

Please note:  Because of the incurred costs of running the tournament, there are NO REFUNDS for cancelling your registration.

Events:
Monday, March 18th        Women’s Singles and Men’s Single-- Plus Blind Draw  ( First 128 entrants )
Tuesday, March 19th            Women’s Doubles
Wednesday, March 20th      Men’s Doubles
Thursday, March 21st           Mixed Doubles (and After Tournament Party!!!)
Friday, March 22nd            Rain Day

Go to the PickleballTournaments.com website to register.
Make sure your player profile has Sun City Festival Pickleball Club listed as your club. The system is set up for our club members enrolling in our in house tournament. Register and pay your $15.00 registration fee online.

Register right here on our website. The registration form is below. 
  • If you are new to tournaments and are not familiar with the PickleballTournaments.com website, scroll down for the Registration form.  Read the instructions carefully and complete the form. 
Click on the Submit button and your registration is sent. You will receive a confirmation in a few days listing the events in which you are registered. 

In order to complete your registration you must also pay the $15.00 fee. You can leave your U.S. check at the Pickleball Mailbox. All club mailboxes are located at the Sage Center in the rear of the computer room. 

Make checks payable to:  SCF Pickleball Club and leave it in an envelope marked “PICKLEBALL” with your name on the outside. DO NOT LEAVE CASH IN THE MAILBOX. 

NOTE:  ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MARCH 8th, 2019. YOU ARE NOT OFFICIALLY REGISTERED IN THE TOURNAMENT UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT. (BRACKETS WILL BE CONSTRUCTED BASED ON THOSE WHO HAVE REGISTERED AND PAID BY MARCH 8th, 2018.)

NEED A PARTNER?  FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:​

  • Go to PickleballTournaments.com website:  www.pickleballtournaments.com/pbt_main.pl
  • On their Home page, click on Tournaments (at the top), and in the drop down box, click on Future Tournaments. 
  • Scroll down the list until you see Sun City Festival tournament.
  • Click on the box labeled "More Info".  That will take you to the information page for the tournament. 
  • Scroll down to the very bottom of that page and look for a box labeled "Players Needing Partners.”  Click on that box  -- there you will find a list of registered players, by skill level, who are also looking for partners for the tournament. 
  • If you see a compatible player, click on the area to send him/her an email. OR look him/her up on our PB Club website Member Roster www.scfpickleballclub.com/member-roster.html, and call that person and firm up your playing partnership. 
  • Then complete your registration on the form below.  DON'T FORGET TO RECORD YOUR PARTNER'S NAME IN THE BOX PROVIDED..

    If you already have a partner, please don’t forget to put your partner’s name in the space provided.

** IMPORTANT:  skill levels will be added together at seeding time ONLY IF there are not enough teams in a particular  individual skill levels to create a bracket.

If you fail to complete your form correctly or fail to submit your $15.00 registration fee by March 8th, 2019, you will be unable to play in the tournament.
