Subscription Based Service
If you play Ladders or have played Ladders here in Festival; or have registered with TrackItHub in the past, the following information may interest you.
The Festival Pickleball Club has used TrackItHub (TIH) for many years to simplify and manage our Ladder's Programs. This has been a "free" service during all those years. In 2019, TIH announced that they will move to a user based subscription fee (monthly or annual fee).
The Board has decided to continue using TIH for ladders and rotations.
What does this mean for our Club Members?
Monthly subscription vs. Annual Subscription?
Our Club utilizes multiple software applications in the daily course of managing our play: Court management/court reservations, Roster, email blasts, website, etc. Most of the software is free or low cost. While we prefer free or low cost, we also understand that software providers need revenue in order to continue to support the software and the users.

What does this mean for our Club Members?
- If you have never played Ladder's, and have never registered with TIH, nothing will change for you; you will not receive any notification from TIH;
- If you have registered with TIH in the past you may be notified by TIH but no longer play Ladder's at Festival, you do not need to subscribe to a service you will not use; if you receive any notification from TIH simply ignore it;
- If you have registered with TIH and wish to continue to play Ladder's here at Festival, you will need a subscription to TIH;
Monthly subscription vs. Annual Subscription?
- If you only use TIH for Ladder's at Festival, the monthly subscription is most likely the best option; you can inactivate your account (and the monthly subscription) when you leave Festival (or when we stop Ladder Play in April) then reactivate your subscription when you begin Ladder Play again;
- If you use TIH with other Clubs during your times away from Festival, you may want to consider the annual subscription;
