Q: I do not receive email notices from the Club about upcoming meetings, etc. Why?
A: You may have the "Unsubscribe from my Club/Organization's Emails/Alerts/ Newsletters" box checked in your profile. Only PB Club emails are sent to members, so simply uncheck this box to receive Club emails.

A: Don't worry, the Member Roster is updated periodically throughout the day; you'll be added to the Roster in a bit. Also, check your profile and make sure you didn't opt-out of sharing your information with other Club Members by selecting the "Exclude My Account Information From Public Groups" box.

Q: My partner and I only have one email address. I signed up but my partner gets an error message when she tries to sign up using the same email address.
