All Club transactions, including renewals, are done via CourtReserve's ecommerce capabilities.
The Club currently has over 1,300 active members and the most efficient way to manage all the payment and receipt processing is through the automation provided by the CourtReserve Club Management software, using the integrated ecommerce capabilities.
All payments to the Club, for either membership renewals or new membership applications, will be done online via CourtReserve, using credit card or ACH as payment. The Club does not accept paper checks for renewals or new membership fees.
Each year, active Club members will receive an email from the Club to renew their memberships for the following year. Members may use a credit card or ACH (eCheck via a US based bank) for payment. Members will be prompted to pay their membership dues the first time they log in to CourtReserve after their renewal date.
Members cannot "prepay" dues as they are not "due" until the renewal notice is sent. If members choose not to renew, no action is required.
